Here at Greenline Fine Woodworking we develop a fully detailed drawing before beginning the process of making.

Layout begins in chalk. Oregon Black Walnut 23" wide x 16' long x 1 1/2" thick.

This process optimizes the material for grain matching and waste reduction.

Preliminary assembly complete w/ dados for sliding doors.

Olive Ash veneers fresh from the vacuum press. It took 3 weeks to flatten these veneers before we could work with them.

Joinery at top corner. We chose a very simple joint to celebrate the beauty of the wood. Grain matched top / end panel.

Oil Finishes are very labor intensive, but afford a close relationship with the wood.
